Coronation Street couple Ken and Deirdre Barlow are to reveal their relationship secrets in a new online spin-off.
Ken & Deirdre's Bedtime Stories, penned by Corrie scriptwriter Jonathan Harvey, will see the beloved characters - who will celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary this year - share their normally unheard pillow talk with the nation, as they natter about the Street, life and love.
Viewers will also see Deirdre (played by Anne Kirkbride) nag Ken (William Roache) to take out the bins.
William, who has played Ken for more than 50 years, said: "Each episode has been carefully crafted and injected with humour, warmth and drama - the content takes Coronation Street into new and exciting territory which, for me personally, is thoroughly exciting to be a part of."
The weekly series of ten three-minute films will provide an insight into their lasting relationship and is available online from today at www.itv.com/corrie, with a new instalment released every Monday.
